Yesterday’s yaps. Today’s plan. No typing.

Standups reads the yaps you completed yesterday, the ones you’ve drafted for today, and any blocking items, then assembles a tidy three-section summary you can paste into Slack, post to a list, or read aloud at standup.

How it works

  • Each morning, a companion agent runs at 09:00 local and reads yap.completed events from the previous 24 hours.
  • The summary is posted as a yap to your #@standups workspace and (optionally) pushed to Slack via webhook.
  • Sections: Yesterday (completed), Today (open + assigned), Blockers (anything tagged #!high and unmoved for 48h).

Script extensions

standup:           → #~standup #@standups
blocker:           → #!high #*{blocker:true}
